​Appointments 

We offer private appointments for rentals, alterations, and custom suiting. 
Please provide at least 24-hour notice  of cancellations or schedule changes. 

 

Rentals 

• A 50% deposit secures your reservation. 

• Standard rental period: 3 days (pickup, event, return). 

• Returns must be made on or before the agreed date. 

• Late, lost, or damaged items may incur additional charges. 

• Cleaning is included for all rentals. 

 

Alterations 

• Fittings are by appointment only. 

• Standard turnaround: 7–10 business days. 

• Rush services are available upon request. 

• All alteration sales are final once garments leave the showroom. 

 

Custom Suiting 

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to begin production. 

• Estimated completion: 4–8 weeks, depending on fabric and design. 

• Minor adjustments are complimentary within 30 days of pickup. 

• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. 

 

Payments 

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. 
All deposits are non-refundable. 
Custom orders, alterations, and rentals are final sale. 

 

Garment Care 

Please handle all garments with care. 
Lost or damaged items will be charged at full replacement value.
