Rental Policy Overview

Garment Responsibility

Clients are responsible for all garments, shoes, and accessories while in their possession and must return them in the same condition received.

Damage & Cleaning

Standard cleaning is included; additional cleaning, repairs, or unrecoverable damage may result in extra charges or replacement costs.

Return Timeline

All rentals must be returned within the agreed rental period, typically three days after the event. Unreturned items will be charged at full replacement value.
