Appointments
We offer private appointments for rentals, alterations, and custom suiting.
Please provide at least 24-hour notice of cancellations or schedule changes.
Rentals

A 50% deposit secures your reservation.

Standard rental period: 3 days (pickup, event, return).

Returns must be made on or before the agreed date.

Late, lost, or damaged items may incur additional charges.

Cleaning is included for all rentals.
Alterations

Fittings are by appointment only.

Standard turnaround: 7–10 business days.

Rush services are available upon request.

All alteration sales are final once garments leave the showroom.
Custom Suiting

A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to begin production.

Estimated completion: 4–8 weeks, depending on fabric and design.

Minor adjustments are complimentary within 30 days of pickup.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Payments
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Custom orders, alterations, and rentals are final sale.
Garment Care
Please handle all garments with care.
Lost or damaged items will be charged at full replacement value.
